- If the password is forgotten, the information stored on the flash drive cannot be retrieved.

How do I remove SecureAccess software from my Cruzer flash drive?
Below are steps to completely remove SecureAccess from your flash drive. Instructions are included for SecureAccess v1, v2 and v3. Refer to the steps for the version you want to remove.
NOTE: USB flash drive should be plugged in to your computer.
WARNING: Backup all your data before proceeding. Deleting SecureAccess software will erase ALL encrypted data saved in SecureAccess Vault.
Locate and Double-click on the drive letter associated with the flash drive.
